  • The restaurant and NGO must follow all relevant food safety laws and regulations, including those related to handling, storage, and transportation of food.

  • The restaurant must provide the NGO with any necessary handling or storage instructions for the excess food.

  • The NGO must ensure that the excess food is distributed and used in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with any applicable food safety laws and regulations.

  • The restaurant and NGO must take all necessary precautions to prevent food contamination or spoilage during the pickup and distribution process.

  • The restaurant and NGO must maintain records of the excess food donated, including the type and quantity of food, the pickup and distribution dates, and any relevant handling or storage instructions.

  • The restaurant and NGO must report any food safety incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

  • The restaurant and NGO must indemnify and hold each other harmless from any liability arising out of the donation and distribution of excess food.

  • The terms and conditions may be amended by the platform or the restaurant and NGO at any time, with reasonable notice.

Annasetu is simply a facilitator that helps connect restaurants with NGOs, and does not hold any responsibility for any incidents or mishaps that may occur as a result of food distribution.
